I'm Juan Pablo — an agentic systems architect who builds AI infrastructure for founders who'd rather ship than wait. I started paranoIA to give growing businesses the kind of AI leverage usually reserved for teams ten times their size. I hold a Master's in AI and spend most of my time designing multi-agent systems: the kind that catch problems before they cost you money, not after.
Before paranoIA, I built and shipped products across industries — EdTech, real estate, hospitality, retail — always asking the same question: where is this business bleeding time or money, and what would an agent do instead of a person? That question is still the whole job.
